| Reverse description | The reverse is printed in matching dark blue-green on buff paper, with a decorative Art Nouveau vine-and-foliage panel running the full height of the left margin. The central field is enclosed within a geometric guilloche frame and carries the full legal redemption text in Gothic script, including the resolution date of 9 May 1920 and the total issue value, surmounted by a two-part pious motto. At the lower portion, facsimile signatures of the Vizeburgermeister and Burgermeister appear to either side of a denomination box bearing the numeral '50', with a counterfeiting warning printed below. |
