| 备注 |
Innernstein is a small rural commune in Upper Austria, and this 50 Heller note is a product of the Notgeld emergency currency wave that swept Austrian municipalities between roughly 1919 and 1921, when the postwar collapse of the krone system left small communities unable to obtain sufficient small-denomination coinage for everyday transactions. Thousands of communes issued their own locally printed scrip, nearly all of it technically illegal under imperial-era statutes that were no longer enforceable.
Emil Pinzel of Steyr was a regional jobbing printer, not a specialist banknote firm. Three signatories — Lettner, Schrickenmüller, and Hormböck — authenticate this note, an unusually high number for a village-scale issue.
