Amstetten, N.-Ö. — bearing a central vignette of a standing angelic figure holding scales — is applied to the left half. The right half carries a two-column justification text in black Fraktur explaining the issuance up to fifty thousand Kronen and the redemption period from 1 to 31 December 1920 at the Gemeindeamt, concluding with a counterfeiting warning. |
