| Obverse description | Pink notgeld note printed in dark brown ink on pink paper, with a decorative border in a bamboo-like motif. The denomination 'Fünfzig 50 Heller' is inscribed across the upper portion in ornate Fraktur script with large numeral. A central panoramic vignette presents a landscape view of the town of Eferding, dated '1920' at lower left of the vignette, flanked on each side by standing allegorical figures in period costume. The lower panel carries the issuer inscription 'Gutschein der Stadt Eferding' in elaborate calligraphic Fraktur lettering. |
