The upper portion carries a four-line verse in the Upper Austrian dialect, followed by a three-dot ornamental separator. Below, a formal German-language declaration states the legal basis of issuance — a municipal council resolution of 8 May 1920 — authorising vouchers up to a total value of 50,000 Kronen, with a caution that counterfeiting will be prosecuted. The note concludes with the mayoral signature line reading Der Bürgermeister: Josef Posch. |
