Franz Kielar was a local Amstetten printer with no particular specialization in banknote work, which is exactly the point: towns like Euratsfeld were commissioning whoever was nearby and available.
The JPR0192e suffix indicates this is one of several distinct Euratsfeld issues, suggesting the municipality returned to print more than once as the shortage persisted.
