| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in brown on a light blue scrollwork guilloche border that frames the entire note. To the left, the denomination '50' appears within a dark circular cartouche above the inscription 'Heller', with the validity clause 'Gültig bis 30. Dezember 1920' and the anti-counterfeiting warning 'Nachahmung wird bestraft' printed below. The right portion carries a central oval vignette with a letterpress view of the village church of Wolfsbach, its tall steeple rising against a clouded sky, captioned 'Wolfsbach' on a scroll at lower right; the title 'Gutschein der Gemeinden Bubendorf, Meilersdorf u. Wolfsbach' is rendered in decorative Gothic script across the upper field. |

To the right, a tall vertical panel contains a letterpress vignette of a standing armoured knight in full medieval plate, with a vertical legend reading 'Meilersdorf. her von Wolfsbach' alongside him, and a further vertical inscription along the outer right edge reading 'Alle Getreng Aller her Wolfshang von'. |
