A central oval official seal of the Gemeindeamt Altaist, Bezirk Perg, Ob.-Öst. is surrounded by two columns of text in Gothic script setting out the terms of issue and redemption, with the validity date of 31 December 1920 stated at right. Three manuscript signatures of municipal officials appear in the lower half, with their titles inscribed beneath, and the anti-counterfeiting warning 'Nachahmung wird gesetzlich bestraft' and edition notice '3. Auflage' printed along the bottom. The entire field is enclosed within a rectangular typographic border of repeating ornamental units. |
