Beschrijving keerzijde The large numeral '50' dominates the upper field, set above a symmetrically arranged bouquet of linden branches and wheat sprigs bound together at the centre with a ribbon, their stems radiating outward in a decorative fan composition. The engraver's signature O.ŠPANIEL appears discreetly along the lower right rim. The overall design reflects Španiel's characteristic Art Deco naturalistic style, with finely modelled botanical detail filling the field.

Aanvullende informatie

Czechoslovakia's monetary authorities experimented with zinc as a base-metal alternative during the early 1930s as the Depression compressed government budgets across Central Europe. This 1931 trial strike was never approved for circulation — zinc's susceptibility to corrosion in handling conditions made it a practical liability, and the denomination continued in nickel. Surviving examples exist almost exclusively in institutional collections or from a handful of documented dispersals of mint archive material.
