Obverse description	Black letterpress print on plain paper with an ornate rectangular border framing the entire note. The denomination "f. 50,-" appears at the lower center, accompanied by the full text of the bearer clause and specie guarantee in Dutch. The layout is typographic with no pictorial vignette, reflecting the austere colonial bank note style of the mid-nineteenth century; various signature combinations are known.
