Obverse description	Central vignette presents an intaglio portrait of President Lysius Félicité Salomon Jeune (1815–1888) set within an elaborate guilloche frame flanked by large denomination numerals '50' in green. The issuing authority legend 'BANQUE DE LA RÉPUBLIQUE D'HAÏTI' runs across the top in a dark banner, while the denomination 'CINQUANTE GOURDES' appears in a green panel below the portrait. Three signature lines for Le Gouverneur, Le Gouverneur Adjoint, and Le Directeur Général are printed at the lower portion, above a legal tender clause rendered in small letterpress text.
