| Obverse description | Bare-headed effigy of King Zog I in right-facing profile, with finely detailed hair and strong facial features rendered in high relief. The truncation of the bust is plain and unadorned. The circular legend reads ZOG·I·MBRETI·I·SHQIPTAREVET around the upper periphery, with the date 1938 and the engraver's initial R positioned at the lower field beneath the portrait. |
