| 备注 |
Luxembourg's Liberation issue, printed by Bradbury Wilkinson in England and ready for distribution following the Allied advance in September 1944. The Grand Duchy had been under German occupation since May 1940, during which the Reichsmark was imposed as the sole legal tender and all pre-war Luxembourg francs were withdrawn. This note was part of a broader monetary restoration effort coordinated before the liberation itself.
Bradbury Wilkinson produced several Allied government-in-exile and liberation series during the war years. Luxembourg's set is among the less-studied of these commissions.
