| 备注 |
The Institut d'Émission de l'Afrique Équatoriale Française et du Cameroun was a short-lived issuing authority, created in 1955 and dissolved by 1959 as the constituent territories moved toward independence. This 50 Francs belongs to the final years of that window. Pierre Munier was a prolific engraver for the Banque de France during this period, responsible for much of the intaglio work across French colonial currency in Africa — his name appears across multiple series from both AEF and AOF issues of the 1950s.
