The denomination '50' appears in large numerals at lower left and right, flanked by the value inscribed in Arabic and Gujarati scripts across the centre register. Issued at Mombasa and dated 1st May, 1920, with three manuscript signatures of Members of the East African Currency Board at lower right. |
