正面描述	Printed in black letterpress on cream paper with a light ochre underprint, the obverse is framed by an ornamental guilloche border of repeated geometric motifs. Octagonal denomination panels at left and right bear the numeral "50" and the legend "FILERI" in bold type, flanking a central vignette of a standing male figure in hat and cape set against a stylised triangular geometric ochre underprint. A three-line Romanian-language redemption text runs across the lower portion, with the printer's imprint "LITH. CSENDES, TIMISOARA" at the foot.

背面描述	The reverse is executed on a salmon-pink guilloche underprint with scrollwork border and solid black "50" roundels at each corner. A large dotted oval frame at centre encloses the bold numeral "50", flanked by two columns of calligraphic Romanian text identifying the issuing treasury, the two-month redemption obligation, the place name "Timișoara", and the date "1 Decembrie 1919". The denomination legend "FILERI" is set in large gothic letterpress across the lower margin.
