Reverse description The reverse features a finely detailed coiled Chinese dragon in high relief, depicted facing the viewer with scales rendered in intricate detail, surrounded by stylized clouds and flames across the open field. The dragon's head is positioned at center, with its sinuous body curving around to fill the available space. A beaded inner border frames the central dragon motif. The surrounding legend reads SZECHUEN PROVINCE along the upper arc and 3 MACE AND 6 CANDAREENS along the lower arc in Latin script, separated by small rosette ornaments. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded outer border consistent with standard late Qing provincial silver minting practice.
