| Obverse description | The obverse presents an intricate panoramic field densely populated with all twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac rendered in low relief, radiating outward in wedge-shaped segments separated by engraved lines. Each segment is labeled along the rim with a year from 2018 to 2029, arranged clockwise.
