Obverse description Within a geometric field composed of interlocking hexagonal and diagonal faceted panels, the face value '50' appears prominently at center alongside the inscription 'EURO', all enclosed within an inner hexagonal frame. An olive branch with berries adorns the upper portion of the central device, while an oak branch with acorns occupies the lower portion, together forming a wreath-like surround to the denomination. The legends 'REPUBLIQUE' and 'FRANÇAISE' arc across the upper and lower registers of the hexagonal frame respectively, with the date '2021' inscribed vertically along the right inner border. The overall geometric design, executed in high relief, is characteristic of the Monnaie de Paris standard obverse for this commemorative series.
