| Obverse description | At left, an allegorical female figure veiled and crowned with an olive branch faces right, her draped bust partially overlapping a central cartouche bearing the quartered coat of arms of Andorra with its motto VIRTVS VNITA FORTIOR on a scroll below. The composition is framed by a curved diagonal band carrying the commemorative legend. The inscriptions in the field reference the 25th anniversary of the Andorran Constitution (1993–2018) and the motto of the Andorran people affirming full freedom and independence. |

Andorra did not gain the formal constitutional framework commemorated here until 1993, when its first written constitution ended nearly 715 years of co-princeship governance shared between the French head of state and the Bishop of Urgell — an arrangement dating to the Paréage of 1278. The constitution retained both co-princes as heads of state, an arrangement unique in modern European governance.
