| 正面描述 | The coat of arms of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Artsakh) is depicted in high relief at the center of the field, featuring a double-headed eagle with outstretched wings surmounted by a crown, bearing a shield charged with a mountain landscape and the traditional Armenian stepped ornament (vishap). The eagle is flanked by radiating sun rays and framed below by sprigs of wheat on the left and grapevine on the right. The Armenian legend ԼԵՌՆԱՅԻՆ ՂԱՐԱԲԱՂԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ (Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh) and the name ԱՐՑԱԽ (Artsakh) appear on a banner across the upper portion of the arms, while the Latin legend NAGORNO-KARABAKH arcs along the upper rim and REPUBLIC appears along the lower rim. |

Nagorno-Karabakh's coinage program was always more political declaration than functional currency — the republic issued coins largely to assert institutional legitimacy it was never internationally granted. This piece was struck just months before the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh war's ceasefire reshaped the territory's administrative control, making the entire late coinage series an accidental artifact of a government in its final operational phase.
