Obverse description	An oval vignette at left contains a young woman in traditional Greek regional costume, rendered in intaglio against a fine guilloche underprint. The bank title ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ runs across the top, with the denomination ΔΡΑΧΜΑΙ ΠΕΝΤΗΚΟΝΤΑ and large numeral '50' at centre-right. A payment clause dated 1 February 1943 and two facsimile signature lines appear in the lower portion of the note.
