| Description de l’avers | The central field features the coat of arms of the Republic of Liberia, depicting a sailing ship approaching shore, a palm tree, a dove, a rising sun, and a plow, all within an ornate shield. The date 2007 is divided on either side of the shield, flanked by decorative scrollwork. Eleven five-pointed stars arc across the upper field, representing the eleven signatories of the Liberian Declaration of Independence.
