| Obverse description | The complete coat of arms of Guyana occupies the central field, featuring a quartered shield bearing a Victoria Regia lily, three wavy lines representing the rivers, and a canje pheasant in the base, flanked by two jaguars rampant as supporters. Above the shield rises an Amerindian headdress as crest, and below is a ribbon bearing the national motto in three sections.
