Reverse description An intricately engraved antique-finish depiction of the interior throne hall of the Forbidden City, rendered in exceptional high relief with meticulous architectural and decorative detail. The central feature is a ceremonial imperial throne set upon a stepped dais, flanked by elaborate balustrades, incense burners, and guardian cranes, all executed with fine artisanal precision. Above the throne, a horizontal plaque bears the Chinese characters for the Hall of Supreme Harmony inscription, framed by a richly detailed dragon frieze. Vertical tablet inscriptions in Chinese characters appear on flanking pillars to either side of the composition. The arc legend FORBIDDEN CITY BEIJING appears along the upper rim in Latin script, with the year 2018 inscribed at the lower rim; a square amber gemstone inset is set centrally into the throne's backrest panel.
