Eve, standing at right and partially draped with foliage, reaches toward the forbidden fruit offered by a cherub nestled in the branches of the Tree of Knowledge, while Adam, kneeling at left and similarly draped, gestures toward her. The composition faithfully captures Titian's Venetian Renaissance palette, with rich, warm tones and a verdant landscape background.
