| Beschrijving voorzijde | Uncrowned right-facing effigy of King Charles III after the portrait by Jody Clark, centrally positioned in the field. The legend CHARLES III is inscribed along the left arc, with NIUE and FIFTY DOLLARS continuing along the upper and right arc respectively, all in large raised Latin lettering. The date 2025 appears at the base of the design, flanked by the fineness mark Ag 999 to the right, and the engraver's initials JC are visible beneath the truncation of the bust. A ring of small raised dots encircles the entire design near the rim, providing an ornamental border. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse features a highly stylised, dot-art mosaic rendition of a cobra viewed from the front, its hood fully spread and occupying the majority of the field. The intricate design is composed entirely of raised hemispheric dots and spheres of varying sizes, creating a dynamic three-dimensional pointillist effect that renders the scales, hood markings, and facial details of the snake in fine relief. The forked tongue of the cobra extends downward from the centre of the composition. Multiple faceted crystal inserts are set throughout the design, positioned along the outer border and within the eyes of the serpent, adding brilliance to the relief work. No inscriptions appear on the reverse. |
