| Obverse description | Bare-headed right-facing effigy of King Charles III after the portrait by Jody Clark, occupying the central field of the coin. The bust is rendered in high relief with fine detail in the hair and collar. The legend CHARLES III arcs along the left periphery and NIUE along the upper field, with FIFTY DOLLARS arcing along the right periphery.
