背面描述 A finely detailed snake, its scales rendered in high sculptural relief, coils sinuously around a cluster of bamboo stalks that extend to the upper field, with bamboo leaves framing the upper periphery. The serpent's head is turned to face the viewer at the upper right. To the right of the central device, the Chinese character 蛇 (snake) appears above the English legend SNAKE and the date 2025. The Perth Mint's P mintmark is visible to the left of the central design, and the designer's initials SR appear at the lower centre.

附加信息

Australia's lunar bullion series has run continuously since 1996, making the Year of the Snake the third time the zodiac cycle has turned to this sign under Perth Mint production. The 2025 issue is also among the first Snake coins to carry the effigy of Charles III, whose portrait — sculpted by King's official sculptor Jody Clark — replaced Elizabeth II across Commonwealth issues beginning in 2023. Perth's .9999 fineness has been a consistent specification since the series inception, marginally purer than the .9990 standard used by most competing sovereign mints.
