The Federated States of Micronesia has no central bank and no sovereign currency — the US dollar has been the official tender since the Compact of Free Association took effect in 1986. Any note issued under this name exists outside that monetary system entirely, and 2023 polymer "issues" attributed to Micronesia are fantasy notes: produced for the novelty and collector market, with no legal tender status, no issuing authority with actual monetary powers, and no circulation history whatsoever.
Franck Medina is a French graphic designer associated with several such fantasy productions. Buyer should be clear on what this is.
