Beschrijving keerzijde	The stainless steel centre depicts two Moudjahidine (Algerian freedom fighters) rendered in a stylised, overlapping composition against a diagonally lined background, evoking the national flag; the numeral '1' appears to the lower right of the central motif. The aluminium bronze outer ring carries an Arabic commemorative legend along the upper arc reading 'سلم - علم - عمل' (Peace, Knowledge, Work) and along the left arc 'الذكرى الخمسون لاندلاع الثورة التحريرية' (The Fiftieth Anniversary of the Outbreak of the Liberation Revolution), with the dual dates '1954' and '2004' inscribed at the base of the ring.
