| Reverse description | A stylized palm tree with a slender trunk and a symmetrical, fan-shaped crown of fronds occupies the central field, rendered in a bold, decorative manner emblematic of Iraqi national symbolism. Flanking the base of the trunk are the dual dates '١٤٠٢' (AH 1402) to the right and '١٩٨٢' (AD 1982) to the left. A continuous Arabic legend curves along the lower periphery, identifying the event as the Seventh Conference of Heads of State or Government of Non-Aligned Countries.
