| 正面描述 | Central device depicts the emblem of the Arab Women Organization: two stylized upraised hands cradling a circular seal bearing Arabic calligraphic inscription, the whole framed by a wreath of olive branches and surmounted by the Tunisian crescent-and-star device flanked by the dates 2009 and 2011. The upper legend reads 'الجمهورية التونسية' (Tunisian Republic) along the rim, while the lower legend references Tunisia's presidency of the Arab Women Organization. Decorative arabesque scrollwork ornaments the left and right fields. |

Tunisia's "Coup d'état" commemorative series marks the November 7, 1987 removal of Habib Bourguiba by Prime Minister Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, who declared the aging president medically unfit to govern — a bloodless transfer that Ben Ali's government systematically rebranded as a "medical coup" and later simply a national correction. By 2010, the anniversary had been commemorated annually for over two decades, a ritual of self-legitimization that collapsed within months: the Jasmine Revolution of December 2010–January 2011 forced Ben Ali into Saudi exile, making this the final issue in the series.
