| Reverse lettering | R. PERCAN Na raspisani zajam dao je suglasnost Sabor SRH 4.3. 1971. godine (Narodne novine broj 12 od 29. 3. 1971.) Kamata po ovoj obveznici iznosi 6% godišnje i obračunava se godišnje unatrag. Obračun kamate vrši se od 15. 8. 1971 do 30. 9. 1975. godine. Obračunata kamata pripisuje se nominalnom iznosu obveznice 31. 12.1971., 31. 12. 1972. i 30. 9.. 1973. Od 1. 10. 1973. obračunava se anuitetska kamata. Po ovoj obveznici u obvezi je i Istarska banka Pula, u sastavu Riječke banke Rijeka kao jamac. Obaveze po ovoj obveznici namiruju se na osnovu kupona koji su sastavni dio obveznice, a dospijevaju za naplatu 1. 10. 1974. i 1. 10. 1975. godine. S isplatom posljedneg kupona prestaje svaka obaveza po ovoj obveznici. Pravo na naplatu ojedinog kupona zastarijeva tri godine po njihovoj dospjelosti. Poslove izdavanja i isplate obveznica vrši Istarska banka Pula, u sastavu Riječke banke Rijeka. |
