The legend ELIZABETH II is inscribed along the left periphery and D·G·REGINA along the right periphery in raised Latin lettering. The date 1977 appears in the lower exergue. The Queen wears a tiara and her hair is styled in an elegant coiffure with softly rendered curls.

Beschrijving keerzijde The central field displays four incuse-rimmed circular medallions, each reproducing an obverse effigy from a different George III coinage: upper left shows an early laureate bust with the legend GEORGIVS III DEI GRATIA; upper right a wigged bust; lower left a later laureate bust inscribed GEORGIVS III D·G·BRITANNIAR REX F·D· with date 1818; and lower right an aged laureate bust inscribed GEORGIVS III DEI GRATIA with date 1817. A royal crown is depicted at the centre between the four medallions, flanked by heraldic devices including a harp, fleur-de-lis, and lions. The legend TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS arcs around the upper periphery, and the denomination 50 CROWNS is prominently inscribed in the lower exergue.
