Part of the "Dreaming Down Under" series, which used pad printing — an industrial transfer process borrowed from promotional merchandise manufacturing — to apply color directly onto .9999 fine silver. The technique allows detail that enameling cannot achieve but remains controversial among traditionalists who question its archival stability over decades. The Tasmanian Devil, Sarcophilus harrisii, has been listed as endangered since 2008, when devil facial tumor disease had already eliminated an estimated 60–80% of the wild population.
