Blossoming plum flowers and buds decorate the branches in the upper and lower portions of the design. The Chinese character for snake, 蛇, appears in the right field alongside the Perth Mint's P mintmark, while the legend YEAR OF THE SNAKE arcs along the lower periphery in an elegant serif script. |
