Reverse description A bold, highly detailed bust portrait of Pippin (Peregrin Took), the hobbit character from Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings film trilogy, depicted facing forward with curly hair and wearing a draped cloak fastened at the chest. To the upper right, a stylised device — the White Tree of Gondor or an associated heraldic element — is rendered in high relief against the field. The denomination '50c' appears in the lower right field. A small artist's signature mark is visible to the lower right of the central design.
