| Beschrijving keerzijde | The denomination 50 CENTS is displayed in two lines at the centre of a raised beaded circle, flanked by ornamental scroll-work cartouches at the left and right that connect the inner circle to the outer ring. The issuer's name BRITISH HONDURAS arcs across the upper portion of the outer ring, while the date appears at the bottom below the inner circle, all enclosed within a toothed border. Two small pellets flank the date at either side within the lower cartouche area. The overall design presents a clean, geometric layout typical of British colonial coinage of the Edwardian era. |
