| Reverse description | Fully colourised depiction inspired by the classic Flower Fairies illustrations of Cicely Mary Barker, featuring six winged fairy figures set amongst an abundant arrangement of wildflowers, foliage, and botanicals rendered in vivid polychrome enamel-style colour printing. Fairies are shown in various poses interacting with daffodils, dandelions, daisies, forget-me-nots, and other blooms across the entire field. A central rectangular cartouche with a pale yellow ground bears the trademark legend 'FLOWER FAIRIES™' in raised white lettering. The gold-plated border of the heptagonal flan frames the colourised design, creating a striking contrast between the gilded edge and the richly illustrated interior. |
