Obverse description	Central nickel-plated steel field depicts a accordion (melodeon), a traditional musical instrument, rendered in raised relief. The denomination '50 CENTS' is inscribed in bold lettering beneath the instrument in the lower portion of the centre. The brass-plated steel outer ring bears the legend 'BANK OF SIERRA LEONE' along the upper arc, with the date '2022' at the bottom, both separated by a decorative geometric pattern of diamond motifs running around the full circumference of the ring.
