The inscription 'GOUVERNEMENT GÉNÉRAL DE L'INDOCHINE' runs along the top border, with '50' numerals at each upper corner and 'CINQUANTE CENTS' in a panel at the foot. Signature lines for 'LE TRÉSORIER GÉNÉRAL' and 'LE DIRECTEUR DES FINANCES' appear to the left and right respectively, with the designer's name 'PHAM-NGOC-KHUE' and printer's imprint 'IDEO - HANOI' in the lower margin. |
