The denomination "50" appears in stylized numerals at the lower left and lower right corners, with the legends "FIFTY CENTS" centered at the bottom and "cents" repeated beneath each numeral. Traditional Mongolian script inscriptions appear in rectangular panels on both the left and right sides of the central vignette, and a serial number is printed in black along the upper margin. |

A further line of Mongolian script runs along the bottom edge of the central panel. |
