备注

Totana is a small agricultural municipality in Murcia, and like hundreds of Spanish towns during the Civil War, its ayuntamiento issued emergency fractional paper to replace the coinage that had effectively vanished from circulation by mid-1937 — hoarded, melted, or simply gone. The Generalitat and the central Republican government both attempted to address the coin shortage from above, but local needs moved faster than any central authority could manage.

The Gari Mon reference places this among the better-documented municipal emissions, though survival rates for Murcian town issues are uneven. Many were redeemed and pulped; others simply wore out in daily market use within months of issue.
