备注	Torreperogil is a small olive-growing municipality in the province of Jaén, Andalusia. Like hundreds of Spanish towns, it issued its own fractional paper money during the Civil War after the Republican government's 1936 decree authorizing local authorities to produce small-denomination emergency currency to compensate for the near-total disappearance of metallic coin from circulation. Municipal issues from Jaén province are among the less-documented in the broader corpus of Spanish guerra civil local emergency notes. Torreperogil examples surface rarely enough that establishing reliable rarity grades remains difficult.
