Beschrijving voorzijde	Entirely handwritten emergency voucher on plain paper stock, bearing the issuer inscription of the Municipal Council of Selva de Mar with the manuscript signatures of the First Counselor and the Finance Counselor beneath their respective titles. An oval municipal stamp of the Consell Municipal de la Selva de Mar is applied to authenticate the note.
