| Obverse description | At upper left, a circular vignette encloses a rose bloom; to the left, two children cradle a cornucopia overflowing with roses, while to the right an allegorical vignette of labour presents a bare-chested worker wielding a mallet before a cogwheel and factory silhouettes in the background. Between the two vignettes, the course of the Llobregat river is rendered as a landscape divider, with denomination numerals and municipal inscriptions in Catalan arranged around the central field. |

The background carries doves of peace in flight above factory smokestacks and a view of the Llobregat river, the entire composition rendered in a simplified allegorical style characteristic of Catalan municipal emergency issues of the Civil War period. |
