Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse presents a central vignette juxtaposing a farmer ploughing a field with two horses at left against an industrial factory with electricity pylons at right, together evoking the mixed agricultural and industrial economy of the region. The denomination in both numerals and words flanks the central imagery. The overall execution is in a simple letterpress style consistent with Civil War-era Catalan emergency currency.

Opmerkingen

One of hundreds of emergency fractional notes — known collectively as "moneda de paper" — issued by Catalan municipalities during the Civil War after Republican authorities failed to maintain adequate small-change circulation. The Generalitat de Catalunya had formally authorized local councils to print their own fractional currency in 1937, and Pobla de Segur, a small town in the Pallars Jussà comarca of the Pyrenean foothills, was among those that took up the provision.

Imprenta El Secretariat Català printed for numerous municipal issuers during this period, which means the base production quality is reasonably consistent across the series. Turró catalogues this as #1922.
