The denomination '0'50' appears in square cartouches at upper left and upper right, with 'AJUNTAMENT DE PALS' in bold capitals across the upper field, 'VAL PER' above the large blackletter value inscription 'Cinquanta cèntims', and the place and date 'Pals, 25 de Febrer del 1937' centered below. Three manuscript signatures appear at the foot, beneath the printed titles 'L'Alcalde', 'El Secretari Interventor', and 'El Dipositari', with the series letter and serial number at top.

PALÉ' appears in small capitals at the foot of the note.
