Three manuscript facsimile signatures appear across the centre, attributed to the Alcalde (left), the Conseller de Finances (right), and the Secretari-Interventor (centre-lower), with the date 'OIX, OCTUBRE 1937' at lower left and the obligation clause 'BITLLET DE CURS LOCAL OBLIGATORI' at lower right. The printer's imprint 'GRAFIQUES MINERVA – OLOT' is present at the lower right margin. |
